The Engineering of NeuroSlavery
How do you implant a brain-computer interface into an unwilling subject without leaving a surgical scar? The Larson Report points directly to U.S. Patent 6,205,361 (”Implantable expandable multicontact electrodes”), developed with Gerald Loeb as “Chief Scientist.”
The patent describes an integrated circuit on a flexible substrate designed to be literally “folded” into a hypodermic needle and injected. Once pushed into the target tissue, the electrode array autonomously unfolds.
Even more chilling is the “closed-loop” nature of these devices. According to the patents, if a subject breaks the telemetry link, the device continues to subject them to electrical stimulation autonomously. How does it stay powered? It derives and stores power directly from the electrolytes in the victim’s own bodily tissue. The victim’s biological energy is literally harvested to power their own torture.
The Missing 70%: Siphoning Chips “Off the Books”
To hide the production of these miniaturized, unauthorized implants, the researchers cooked the books.
According to email correspondence in the report, Tom Wolf, the President of the vendor company Slicex, stated that they sent hundreds of fully functional integrated circuits to Schulman. To obscure this grid, they registered FCC licenses (like K6BWA and KA6UFC) using fake, non-existent cities (such as “Hollywood Hills” and “Sand Canyon”).
They monitored the unwilling subject using an ISDN “Connectix” video-phone system originally acquired for the NIH contract, enabling the scientists to tele-conference while actively monitoring the victim’s EEG and EMG biofeedback signals in real-time.
The Call to Action
